Once within a secure area, in order to ensure the further protection of your valued information assets, BYTEGRID employs a wide variety of physical, human and procedural safeguards. BYTEGRID data centers employ a combination of multiple biometric scanners, hardened perimeter security, mantraps, 24x7 security personnel and CCTV surveillance. Through MyDigitalEnergy, our secure online customer portal, customers can manage their employee and vendor access rights. Most of our data centers are also equipped to provide customers with the ability to see real-time who and when employees have accessed the data center through our enterprise-class security management software.
