The BYTEGRID wholesale private data suite is a dedicated suite within a multi-tenant data center. Private data suites include dedicated UPS power supplies (depending on the customer’s size and requirements, additional MEP infrastructure may be dedicated) and customers can customize the security level to meet their business needs or regulatory requirements. BYTEGRID provides real-time data on temperature, humidity, power consumption and more through our customer portal, MyDigitalEnergy Portal.

BYTEGRID also offers private data centers, where the entire data center is owned by BYTEGRID, managed by BYTEGRID and leased back to a single customer as their own dedicated data center. This offering allows customers to avoid the hassles of capital budgets and expensive improvements of their own data center and instead puts that capital to work attracting and acquiring more customers.

BYTEGRID’s private data suite and private data center offering is based upon a traditional triple net (NNN) lease pricing structure, pro-rata share expense-reimbursement and pass-through power model. Our financial grade data center design ensures high availability while keeping operating expenses in check. BYTEGRID provides detailed, transparent reporting of these expenses.
